The thing I like the most about your design is that it is tidy and compact. Some people used too big tables for their mock-ups, but you kept them as small as possible. Good thinking!. Also, I really dig the usage of fonts, and colors as well. Personally, I prefer this one over the green version. This blue looks more friendly to the eye than the other one.

It doesn't add too much to the current design, besides a fresh, yet very pleasant look, and maybe the colors could get a little boring if used everyday, for too much time. Of course, if the idea of DAv3 is making the website skinnable, having lots of color schemes of a design like this one would be awesome.

Great job with the mock-up. Good luck!.
